Director of Business and Strategy

As a pivotal leader within the organization, the Director of Business and Strategy will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and enhancing productivity and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a dedication to the Center’s values and objectives. REMOTE VOLUNTEER ROLE.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant field (master’s degree preferred). At least 7 years of experience in a senior management role within a non-profit organization or similar, with a proven track record in operational excellence. In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and key challenges faced in the realm of cyber defense and intelligence. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENT AND IN A TEAM.
