Director of Training

The Director of Training will oversee our training programs that aim to enhance the cyber defense capabilities of individuals and organizations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and adapting to the evolving cybersecurity landscape. REMOTE VOLUNTEER ROLE.

A Bachelor's degree or certificate in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity role with a proven track record of developing and leading successful training initiatives. Prior management experience with strong leadership and team-building skills. Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENT AND IN A TEAM.
