Jonathan Williams
Executive Director
Jonathan Williams boasts an impressive 25 year tenure in law enforcement, complemented by 15 years of specialized expertise in high technology forensics, intelligence, security, and response. Throughout his distinguished career, he has collaborated extensively with federal, county, state, and international law enforcement agencies, showcasing a unique blend of tactical prowess and technological acumen.
Justin Williams
Deputy Executive Director
Justin Williams is a distinguished Information Technology Department Chair and Cyber Defense Coach at Mount Aloysius College, where he has been instrumental in developing a competitive cyber defense team and enhancing the IT curriculum with hands-on digital forensics and programming courses since 2020. With a strong passion for cyber security and education, Justin has dedicated his career to building the next generation of IT professionals.
Kristie Arciszewski
Director of Cybersecurity Operations
Kristie is a Service Line Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, technical support, and customer service. Holding a Master’s in Cybersecurity from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, Kristie is passionate about digital forensics, OSINT and cryptocurrency investigations, cybersecurity awareness training, GRC, and technical writing.
Natalie Lambert
Director of Training and Compliance
Natalie is a cybersecurity and intelligence professional focused on training, compliance, and cyber investigations. She has led NIST NICE Framework program mapping and guided NICCS vetting to achieve nationally listed training-provider recognition in partnership with DHS. She also consults on threat and vulnerability assessments, incident response, and OSINT research, and serves on the WiCyS Florida board advancing cybersecurity awareness and partnerships.
